The machine was purchased to complete a cleaning contract with MAI at Marriott Road, Jandakot, a busy light industrial and commercial precinct located adjacent to the Jandakot Airport estate in Perth’s southern suburbs. With large warehouse and industrial floor areas requiring regular maintenance, the T560 provides an efficient solution for achieving consistently high-quality results while minimising downtime.
Unlike traditional pressure washing equipment, the T560 is specifically designed for indoor hard floor cleaning. Its ride-on operation allows large floor areas to be cleaned quickly, while simultaneously scrubbing and recovering dirty water to leave floors clean, safe, and ready for use.
Although purchased for the Marriott Road project, the T560 will now become an important part of AMS Pressure Washing’s commercial cleaning fleet.
